About the Role:


We are delighted to be recruiting for a Conveyancer to join a leading, well-established law firm based in Bath. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional with a passion for property law to become part of a forward-thinking and supportive firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from inception to completion
  • Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions
  • Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients, maintaining the firm's high standards of client care
  • Draft and review contracts, conduct title checks, and liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other relevant parties
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation
  • Work both independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic property team

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or experienced Fee Earner with a proven background in residential conveyancing
  • Strong technical knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures
  • Excellent communication and client management skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines
  • Confident using case management systems and other legal software
