Our client is a Legal500 award winning law firm, well-regarded for its residential conveyancing work across Scotland. This opportunity will be based in its Edinburgh office where the residential property team is seeking a new solicitor/associate due to organic growth.

You will be handling your own caseload of conveyancing transactions from inception to completion. This will include (but not limited to) receiving, advising, and noting instructions, preparing and adjusting drafts/title deeds, carrying out registrations and coordinating the settlements of sales.

The ideal candidate will have residential conveyancing experience and bring a positive “can do” attitude. They will be confident building strong relationships and providing a high-end professional service for clients.

The firm is well known for having a supportive, friendly working environment, offering great remuneration and work life balance. The firm offers a hybrid model of working from home alongside days in the office.

This opportunity would suit an ambitious residential conveyancing solicitor who is looking to take the next step in their career. And if you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have a proactive approach and are keen to join a highly regarded property team, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
