Established over 50 years ago, our client is a growing 7-Partner high street law firm. The firm is based in central Didcot and is well known in the area for providing quality legal advice to both commercial and private clients throughout the region.

The CQS Accredited Residential Property department within the firm is thriving, with quality work being generated by the firm and its existing clients. As part of its succession planning, the firm is looking to appoint a Residential Property Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive to join the buoyant team of 3 other fee earners.

You will be responsible for running your own mixed caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters. You will join an experienced team made up of one other full time Conveyancing Solicitor/Manager, an experienced ILEX Support person, two full time support staff, a float secretary and the exchanges and completions team.

As a residential property conveyancer, the work will include:

  • Sales and purchases
  • Remortgages
  • Equity release schemes
  • Transfers of equity
  • Matrimonial conveyancing
  • Leasework

This is a client facing role and the firm is seeking someone who has aspirations to develop the residential department.

The ideal residential property candidate will be enthusiastic and friendly, have good academics and have a minimum of 3 years’ Conveyancing experience handling a broad caseload of Property matters.

Salary is negotiable and dependent on experience, paying up to £60,000.
