Role:
This role involves managing a diverse caseload of residential property transactions, ensuring a seamless and efficient process for clients. The successful candidate will be instrumental in providing exceptional service, maintaining the firm's reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting all aspects of conveyancing from initial instruction through to completion
- Communicating effectively with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and solicitors
- Preparing and reviewing contracts, transfers, mortgage deeds, and searches
- Ensuring compliance with all legal, regulatory, and firm policies
- Proactively managing timelines to meet client expectations and deadlines

Skills & Experience Required:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in residential conveyancing
- A thorough understanding of the conveyancing process and current property law
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in conveyancing software and case management systems
- A commitment to ongoing professional development
