Conveyancer

We are collaborating with one of the UK's premier law firms, currently seeking a talented Conveyancer to join its growing team in Doncaster.

Position Overview:

The successful candidate will be a Conveyancing Fee Earner, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, Conveyancer, or Property Solicitor with several years of experience managing a variety of conveyancing cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling a range of transactions, including sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity
• Utilising support and a case management system to ensure efficient workflow

Candidate Requirements:

• Significant experience in a busy Residential Conveyancing Department
• Proven ability to manage cases from inception to completion
• Strong multitasking abilities and efficiency in work
• A cooperative team member
