We are recruiting for a traditional law firm, established for over 100 years with deep roots in the community. This multi-service law firm is looking for an experienced conveyancer to hit the ground running, to keep up with the demand of work. With two offices located around South Manchester, this is a perfect opportunity to work locally. With support and routes of progression, it is an opportunity not to be missed. 

Being a conveyancing fee earner, you should be comfortable with all aspects of the role including but not limited to FH/LH, Sales and Purchase, Transfer of Equity, Remortgage, New Build and Shared Ownership. 

Essential Requirements: 
  • 2 years running a full residential property caseload 
  • Know the importance of client care
  • Have a good track record of completions / billings. 
  • Keen eye for detail
