An excellent opening has arisen for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor in North Wales. If you are an ambitious and capable Residential Conveyancing specialist looking for a new challenge working with a friendly modern law firm in beautiful North Wales, this is the role for you!

You will be a qualified Solicitor (guideline of 2 years’ PQE, but those at NQ level or approaching qualification will also be considered), with a background in Residential Conveyancing/Property. You will work alongside the wider Conveyancing department, which consists of both qualified and non-qualified fee earners.

You'll be responsible for your own caseload of Residential Conveyancing transactions (including sale & purchase, leasehold and freehold, transfer of equity, remortgage, equity release, shared ownership, help to buy and right to buy) autonomously from instruction to completion.

It is hoped that you will also play a crucial role in the continued development of the Conveyancing department, assisting with business development, and being an active part of the offices' long term expansion and planning.

The office is easily commutable from most of North Wales, hybrid access is also available.

On offer is a competitive market leading salary which will be in line with your PQE and experience along with a generous benefits package. If you are an ambitious Solicitor keen to take on a fresh challenge within a large, progressive practice please don't sleep on this, get in touch with Carl Ryan at G2 Legal today!
