We have a fantastic new opening for an experienced Conveyancing professional seeking a rewarding working environment and high quality transactional work to enhance their professional journey.
You will be responsible for all areas of Conveyancing, covering transactions from instruction to completion including sales, purchases, leaseholds, remortgages, and transfers of equity. You will also prepare client statements and execute completions. Another key component of this role is to provide mentorship and development support to a Legal Assistant within the team.
ABOUT YOU:
You will have solid background as a Conveyancer with specialist knowledge of Property and Land Law. You will be able to demonstrate a successful history of transactions along with excellent reputation and client feedback.
A strong communicator, ensuring clarity and transparency at all times. Highly analytical, adept at managing priorities and organising matters. You will also have excellent local property market knowledge.
