About the Client: Our client, a prominent and reputable legal firm, is seeking a skilled and experienced Remote Conveyancer to join their dynamic team. This role offers the flexibility of working from home while providing exceptional conveyancing services to their diverse clientele.

Role Overview: The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all aspects of the conveyancing process from start to finish. This includes conducting thorough title checks independently, managing transactions, and ensuring all legal requirements are met for the transfer of property ownership. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of working autonomously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive title checks and identify any issues or discrepancies.
• Handle the conveyancing process for both residential and commercial properties.
• Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other relevant parties to ensure smooth transactions.
• Draft and review legal documents and contracts related to property transactions.
• Provide expert advice and support to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and manage case files efficiently.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Conveyancer with the ability to conduct own title checks.
• Strong understanding of property law and conveyancing practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in using conveyancing software and other relevant IT tools.
• High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
