Conveyancing Administration Assistant
A conveyancing administration assistant role has arisen within a large multi-site law firm. This role is a full-time permanent role.
This firm offers genuine career progression as the firm is looking for this role to progress into more of a paralegal position within the first 12 months.
The firm itself has a heavy focus on conveyancing but also has large departments within private client, family and litigation. The firm has grown extensively over the past five years having opened multiple new offices in turn promoting people internally – upwards.
As a conveyancing legal administration assistant, you will be assisting in either the new build or residential conveyancing department on all aspects of administration for the fee earner, this will include opening and closing files, preparing mail and disclosures for dispatch, scanning, and photocopying along with dealing with their case management system and speaking with clients. This is a role that really can offer progression to a paralegal role, based on hard work, dedication, and attitude.
This conveyancing administration assistant role will suit an LPC or law graduate with at least 6 months’ exposure to conveyancing. Hard work, enthusiasm and drive and determination are key characteristics of the people within this firm, and this is what they look for.
If you feel like you are looking for an opportunity to join a reputable firm that offers real progression prospects, and you would like a chat in more detail please contact Rebecca Higgs at G2 Legal or apply online as our client is looking to interview as soon as possible.
