Salary: up to £26,000 depending on experience

Hours: full time

This long-established, law firm is seeking a Conveyancing Assistant to join its Residential Conveyancing department in Harrogate. You provide administrative and organisational support to the head of department. A varied and interesting, your duties will include:

  • Client care, communication via email, phone and occasionally face to face
  • Responding to queries, assisting where possible
  • Liaising with lenders, borrowers, mortgagors, and other external institutions
  • Requesting official copies and conveyancing searches
  • Completing Companies House applications, SDLT applications and Land Registry applications
  • General administration
