Are you a Conveyancing Assistant with 6 months + experience?

If you are looking to join an outstanding L500 firm in Leeds, this opportunity to work alongside a Senior Fee-Earner will offer you fantastic career progression.

This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Conveyancing Assistant looking to progress their career at the firms branch in Cross Gates. 

It is essential that you have extensive experience as a Conveyancing Assistant to be considered for this role, applications from those without will not be accepted. 


Sales and Purchase experience is required.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Opening new files and inputting new instructions onto the Case Management system 
  • Updating the Case Management system in accordance with team procedures as the matter progresses
  • Dealing with incoming post and telephone enquiries where possible or taking messages for colleagues
  • Filing, billing, faxing, photocopying, sorting post and archiving
  • Diary management
