My client is a multi award winning, top tier Legal 500 law firm with offices across the nation. They are currently seeking a Conveyancing assistant (real estate) to join their team in Manchester due to expansion!

The role and duties:
  • Newbuild transactions
  • Submission of SDLTs and LR searches and applying for property searches
  • Enquiries
  • Preparing and submitting files for post completion
  • Liaising with mortgage brokers, estate agents, developers and clients
  • & more when required
About you:
  • Experience with the above legal matters
  • Good attention to detail
  • Experience in working with Proclaim, Lender exchange and LMS (preferably)
  • Exceptional communication and organisation skills
