We are recruiting for a Conveyancing Case Handler to join a vibrant and successful conveyancing law firm on a full time, permanent basis. The role offers the chance to work in a fast-paced environment and will involve taking responsibility for a variety of conveyancing matters.

The successful candidate will have substantial experience as a Case Handler, and will ideally have experience of freehold and leasehold properties. It is essential that you are confident in checking source of funds, mortgage offers and have a comprehensive knowledge of the conveyancing process. If you are experienced in title checking, this would be beneficial. You should also be confident in dealing with both sale and purchase files, clients, agents and referrers.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have substantial experience as a Conveyancing Case Handler
• Have knowledge of Freehold & Leasehold properties and be confident in dealing with both sale and purchase files
• Have a comprehensive knowledge of the conveyancing process
• Be experienced in title checking (beneficial)
• Have experience of dealing with clients, agents and referrers
