Our client is an award-winning, full service, commercial law firm and they are rapidly developing a national reputation for its innovative approach to delivering legal services. Their specialisms are real estate, banking and finance, commercial, corporate, employment, dispute resolution and litigation.

The Job:

On behalf of our client we are seeking a Conveyancing Case Handler. This is a new role due to continued growth. You will be responsible for your own case load of conveyancing files.

Responsibilities in this role will include:

  • Dealing with a complex / non-standard conveyancing caseload
  • Ensure regular communication with Team Manager regarding work related issues
  • In the absence of the Team Managers, taking responsibility for Case Handlers for ensuring that the workflows actioned together with daily post.

The Person:

For this role, our client is looking for someone who has gained some conveyancing experience.

Ideal experience will also include:

  • Previous experience in checking both freehold and leasehold titles and reporting issue to clients, drafting documents
  • Confident at researching and interpreting cases/legislation
  • Experience of shared ownership (Homebuy schemes, Housing associations and shared ownership housing)

The Hours:

Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm

The Location:

Central Bristol, no car parking (hybrid working is available)

The Salary:

£26,500 - £27,000
