Conveyancing Executive

Our client is an established local law firm serving the local community and neighbouring areas. They specialise in multiple areas of law, and have a modern and forward-thinking approach to the way in which they work. They are looking for a Conveyancing Executive to join their team in Andover, working on a hybrid basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small and friendly firm, and advance within your conveyancing career.

Duties

  • Handling the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, new build transactions, re-mortgages, right to buy and help to buy schemes, from inception to completion
  • Supporting the business in achieving the expected targets in the given timescales
  • Working closely with clients, solicitors, estate agents and any other parties
    • Be a knowledge base for any conveyancing questions

You

  • You must have a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience running a mixed caseload of residential conveyancing matters
  • Experience conducting title checks and raising enquiries
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with colleagues and clients
  • Great communication skills
  • Enthusiasm for the industry
  • Proactive and self-motivated
