Role:
The role demands a meticulous and proactive individual to manage a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing files. The candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on shared ownership transactions, adeptly handling transfers of equity, and skilfully navigating the challenges of transfers of part. Additionally, the role requires a strategic approach to adverse possession claims, ensuring clients receive the highest standard of representation.
Skills & Experience:
- A minimum of 4 years' experience in residential conveyancing
- Proficiency in handling shared ownership and complex property transactions
- A strong understanding of the legal framework surrounding residential property
- Excellent client care skills, with an ability to build and maintain relationships
- Adept at working independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering timely and accurate work
- Qualified as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or equivalent
