Conveyancing Legal Assistant
TSR Legal are pleased to be working with a a forward-thinking law firm, who are currently seeking a Conveyancing Legal Assistant to join their expanding property department, to work directly along side the head of the department. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 1 year of experience within a Conveyancing Role with experience of managing conveyancing administration, typing, client calls, and transactions.
As an experienced Legal Assistant, you will be responsible for, standard conveyancing administration, submitting SDLT returns, and land registry applications, and preparing post-exchange and post-completion documentation.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a conveyancing department.
- Familiarity with case management systems.
- Education minimum LLB.
