A long established Legal 500 law firm of Solicitors based in Cardiff who are currently looking to recruit a Conveyancing Legal Assistant to work within the Residential Conveyancing department. As a Conveyancing Legal Assistant you will be responsible for providing supporting to a team of fee earners dealing with new instruction on receipt and working on those transaction through pre and post completion.

As a Paralegal/Legal Assistant with the Residential Property department you responsibilities will include,

  • preparation of contracts and supporting documents
  • registering applications on the land registry, title checking, registering applications on companies house,
  • issuing contracts and exchanges.
  • correspondence with clients over the phone and via email

This busy Property department are looking for a candidate who has experience of working within a Residential property team as a Conveyancing Legal Assistant, good communication skills at all levels, team worker and the ability to work well under pressure.
