Conveyancing Legal Secretary

A great opportunity has arisen at a family friendly Walsall based firm. It is seeking a Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join its Conveyancing team on a full-time basis. 

The Firm:

Our client is a small Law firm based in Walsall with on-site parking. It hass a great staff retention rate and offers a great working culture! 

The Role:

The firm is now looking for A Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join its team. The role will involve dealing with initial quotes, file opening and contact with the other Party's Solicitors, creation of Client care letters and documents along with other secretarial and administrative duties. 

The Person:

To be considered for this Conveyancing Legal Secretary role you will ideally be based in or around Walsall with at least 12 months Conveyancing experience. Experience of previously working within a new business department would be advantageous. Good communication and technology skills are essential.
