Are you a skilled Residential Conveyancer looking for a flexible locum opportunity with an immediate start? Do you have a strong track record in handling property transactions from start to finish? If so, we have an excellent opportunity for you! We have a need for a locum to work 2-3 months whilst this practice recruits permanently. The office is in the centre of the town and very closeby to the station and other transport links.

About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Locum to join our clients' dynamic teams across the UK. This role offers the flexibility to work in various locations, providing you with diverse and enriching professional experiences. You will be responsible for managing a full caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity. However there is no client contact as you are auditing and reviewing this caseload. The assignment is expected to start as soon as possible and will last for up to 3 months.

Key Responsibilities:

* Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties involved in the conveyancing process
* Drafting and reviewing legal documents, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and promptly
* Conducting property searches and interpreting results
* Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements
* Providing high-quality client care and maintaining excellent client relationships

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

* A minimum of 3 years' experience in residential conveyancing
* Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process and relevant legal requirements
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* The ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently and effectively
* A proactive approach with excellent problem-solving skills
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Availability to start immediately and commit for up to 3 months
