A residential property paralegal is sought for a reputable and long standing law firm in Stoke. With the ability to work remotely as part of the week, exposure to good quality work and with the right support, this role can offer a fantastic opportunity for a residential property paralegal to develop their skillset. 

Our client is seeking a residential property paralegal with at least 2  years’ experience supporting on all aspects of residential property matters from instruction through to completion. This will include but will not be limited to:

  • Providing quotations
  • Issuing contract papers
  • Dealing with enquiries
  • Applying for searches
  • Submitting applications for searches
  • Any other duties required by the fee earner

This position has the ability to progress into a file handling role quickly, as you will be supported to build your own small caseload of simple matters initially.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a residential conveyancing paralegal to develop your skillset fairly quickly with real progression prospects. To be considered, our client is looking for an ambitious, enthusiastic individual who is keen to learn.
