A west London based firm is looking for a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal. 

You will have the opportunity to join a successful and client-centric practice with a strong property department.

As the new Residential Conveyancing Paralegal, you will have the opportunity to work on commercial property matters too.

This is an expansion role and not a replacement hire, so expect a fresh workload. 

A Paralegal I placed at this firm mentioned that the career progression and culture they have experienced since starting has been as described as exceptional. They are now training to become a lawyer after joining the firm last year. 

Your Residential Conveyancing Paralegal role will include assisting with: 

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Lending
• Leases

The successful Residential Conveyancing Paralegal will have:

• 1+ year of experience in conveyancing
• Exposure to commercial property matters
