Role: Conveyancing Paralegal

Location: Central London

Salary: £26k-£30k

My client is at a large, international, full-service law firm based in Central London. The firm has a hard working, busy residential team and are looking for an independent, experienced individual to help assist the busy caseload. This is an amazing opportunity to work at a UK Top 100 Law firm alongside an experienced team, working on a mixture of residential files, including leasehold and freehold sales and purchases, transfer of equity, and remortgages.

This role is for a Conveyancing Paralegal who has at least one year of experience working in property. The day-to-day tasks to be carried out in this role will include admin tasks, drafting contracts, covering exchanges, doing necessary searches, and drafting completion statements and supporting fee-earners on their residential property files, among other things.

This exciting new role is available as the firm are looking to gain an experienced member of support staff who will help assist the residential team as a whole due to the department being so busy. This is a great opportunity to work alongside experienced and highly trained Solicitors in a fast-paced environment allowing you to develop your skills further and gain great exposure.

Requirements

A degree from a UK University (2:1 and above).

At least one year working in conveyancing at a firm in England.

Experience using case management systems.

Ambitious and hardworking attitude.
