The Role:

The is a role for an paralegal with a minimum of 12 months experience working in conveyancing. You will be working on the range of conveyancing matters such as: Freehold/Leasehold, Sales/Purchase, Transfer of Equity, Shared Ownership and New Build. Supporting a team of qualified staff and fee earners, you will be able to absorb the knowledge of those around you. 

Responsibilities:
  • Support the Solicitor to ensure that all files are progressed promptly.
  • Maintain all allocated files in good order, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements and regulatory/statutory requirements.
  • Deal with case enquiries by telephone and email delivering a first-class customer service experience.
  • Liaise with Clients, Lenders, Mortgage Brokers and other Solicitors.
  • Maintain detailed telephone notes throughout transactions and promptly handle emails and phone calls.
