We're working alongside a specialist Conveyancing firm, looking for a Conveyancing Paralegal to join their Conveyancing team. Based in their office in Linlithgow, you will be supporting a highly skilled team of Fee Earners in handling a high volume of transactions. This role is perfect for a candidate who is looking to take their career to the next level within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Dealing with files from end-to-end.
  • Drafting registered contracts including issuing and chasing contracts as well as proof-reading.
  • Providing quotations to clients and prospective clients both verbally and in writing.
  • Attending to clients both on the telephone and in person.
  • Preparing correspondence using our client’s case management system.
  • Exchanging contracts.
  • Preparing files for completion.
  • Drafting completion statements.
  • Reporting to client on searches, mortgage contract and title pack.
  • Administering filing systems which will include daily filing and the opening, closing, storage and retrieval of client files.

What we need from you:

  • High personal standards of work.
  • Previous conveyancing experience.
