A terrific central London boutique is recruiting an additional residential property partner.

Due to an increase in new instructions and clients, this firm is seeking a new hire to bolster its existing successful team. The firm is in growth mode and would be keen to meet senior solicitors with the following experience:

• Residential Property Partner
• Zone 1/Zone 2 Central London experience
• Advising on all aspects of freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity etc 
• Experience of working with HNW clients 
• Proven ability to work to tight deadlines 
• Loyal referral network/following is required
