Job Description: Conveyancing Sales Consultant
Location: Wimbledon
Salary: OTE £40k-£45k

Position Overview: Our client is seeking a Conveyancing Sales Consultant to join their conveyancing sales team in Wimbledon. The ideal candidate will have experience as a sales or lettings negotiator and be target-driven. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and the ability to collaborate and share knowledge with colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all referrals are contacted in a timely manner, qualified, and provided with details of the conveyancing process, converting as many leads as possible.
- Prepare and send out quotations.
- Communicate and build strong relationships with the client's network, solicitors, and conveyancers.
- Problem-solve any client issues, including matters impeding the progress of a sale.
- Update department systems where necessary.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a sales or lettings negotiator.
- Target-driven and goal-oriented.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to collaborate, share knowledge, and skills.
- Proactive in seeking opportunities for improvement and embracing new ideas.
Reporting Line: You will report to the Conveyancing Manager.
