Miles Recruitment have a great opportunity for an enthusiastic Conveyancing Secretary to provide support within the conveyancing department of a well established company based throughout Wiltshire.

As Conveyance Secretary, you will be responsible for managing the administrative tasks associated with property transfers, ensuring all legal documents are accurately prepared and filed, and providing essential support to the conveyancing team.

Other duties include:

- Organise and maintain accurate, up-to-date files and records for all conveyancing transactions
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing updates on the status of transactions, answering inquiries, and scheduling appointments.
- Monitor and manage critical deadlines, such as contract dates, settlement dates, and other time-sensitive tasks
- Accurately input and update information in the company's conveyancing management system.
- Provide general administrative support to the conveyancing team, including managing calendars, answering phones, and handling correspondence.

To excel as a Conveyance Secretary, it is important to have accurate typing/audio typing skills, a good telephone manner and the ability to communicate effectively with clients.

Other desired attributes and skills include:

- Previous experience (Not essential).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation.

Hours: 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday
Holiday: 28 days in addition to public holidays
