Achieve Professionals are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE to join a friendly high street law firm in Romford. Commercial property experience is desirable.

Salary: £30,000 - £50,000 dependent on experience

Location: East London

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling Conveyancing Transactions: Manage all aspects of residential and commercial conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and leases.
  • Client Communication: Provide clear and timely advice to clients, keeping them informed of progress and managing their expectations throughout the conveyancing process.
  • Liaising with Stakeholders: Communicate effectively with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors to ensure smooth progress of transactions.
  • Document Preparation: Draft and review contracts, transfer deeds, mortgage documents, and other relevant legal documentation.
  • Title Investigations: Conduct thorough investigations of property titles and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
  • Compliance: Ensure all transactions comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Case Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on the case management system, ensuring timely and effective case progression.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other members of the conveyancing team, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Continued Professional Development: Stay abreast of changes in conveyancing law and practice, participating in ongoing training and development opportunities.
