Our client is a reputable law firm based in Cheshire that specialises in residential conveyancing, family, and wills and probate. This firm is well regarded and prides itself on delivering exceptional client experience and service.
Your new role
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancing solicitor to join a well-integrated team. The role will see you manage a diverse caseload of Freehold, Leasehold, Sales, Purchases, and TOE files from inception to completion.

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate would be 2 years PQE with a proven track record of managing their own case load of residential conveyancing cases. Experience of dealing with New Build transactions is advantageous. You will be confident in supervising and coaching more junior members of the team and support with technical elements of cases. Our client will also consider NQ's who have gained experience and have excellent knowledge and understanding of residential conveyancing.
