The Client:

The Role:

As a Conveyancing Solicitor, you will provide expert legal services in residential conveyancing, working remotely with full administrative support.

Duties:

• Manage remote caseloads of residential conveyancing matters
• Offer expert legal advice throughout the conveyancing process
• Conduct due diligence, title searches, and property investigations
• Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage advisors, and other stakeholders
• Use modern technology and conveyancing software to enhance efficiency

Requirements:

• Previously worked as a Conveyancing Solicitor, Conveyancing Lawyer or in a similar role.
• At least 3 years of post-qualification experience in conveyancing
• Qualified solicitor or licensed conveyancer
• Strong knowledge of residential property law
• Proficient in modern technology and conveyancing software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
