Our client is an independent, multi-discipline, high-street practice that has been established for over 25 years. They are committed to providing an excellent service to their clients, and have a fantastic reputation within the legal industry. They are currently looking for an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join their Residential Property team - this is a fantastic opportunity to join a great firm and progress your career within conveyancing.

Duties

• Handling the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, new build transactions, re-mortgages, right to buy and help to buy schemes, shared ownership and more from inception to completion
• Supporting the business in achieving the expected targets in the given timescales
• Working closely with clients, solicitors, estate agents and any other parties
• Building upon existing relationships and client recommendations, and generating your ow
• Be a knowledge base for any conveyancing questions

You

• You must have a minimum of 3 years’ PQE within Residential Conveyancing
• Experience carrying a mixed and busy caseload without supervision
• Experience conducting title checks and raising enquiries
• Ability to build and develop professional relationships
• Excellent organisational skills

• Annual salary up to £50,000 dependent on experience
