ABOUT THE ROLE:
This is an exciting new role for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with 5 years’ PQE to join a busy conveyancing team as it continues to grow.
You will undertake a high calibre of work across a broad range of residential conveyancing matters including sales and purchases, investment sales and purchases, new build properties, shared ownership sales and purchases, re-mortgaging and equity release lifetime mortgages, and lease extensions.
In addition to fee earning, you will supervise junior members of the team and become involved in business development.

ABOUT THE CANDIDATE:
The ideal candidate will have:
5+ years’ PQE in residential conveyancing,
Proven business development skills and be able to generate their own work,
The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities,
Excellent communication skills, and
Excellent analytical, negotiation and communication skills.
