We are recruiting for reputable law firm specialising in property law, committed to providing high-quality legal services with a client-focused approach who are seeking a dedicated and experienced Solicitor to join their Conveyancing Department.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, and leasehold matters.
  • Provide accurate legal advice and guidance to clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  • Conduct property searches, review title documents, and draft contracts and other legal documentation.
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other third parties to progress transactions smoothly.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of conveyancing law and practice, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Support and mentor junior members of the team when required

Job Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor with at least 1 year of PQE in residential conveyancing.
  • Proven experience managing a high-volume caseload independently
  • Strong knowledge of property law, including leasehold and freehold transactions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships
