I am currently working with a highly regarded national law firm who are looking for a Court of Protection Cost Draftsman with 2+ years’ experience. Please read below for further information on the role.

Salary- £40,000-£45,000 DOE

Location- North west

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Drafting Court of Protection Deputyship and Administration Bills of Costs
  • Dealing with and calculating assessments
  • Dealing with Appeals process
  • Preparing final cost certificates
  • Providing appropriate advice to fee earners 
  • Liaising with Fee Earners on the progress of their cases 
  • Ensure financial targets are met 
  • Manage and support the development of team members, promoting continuous learning and improvement of skills as part of normal duties
