We are looking for a Copywriter to join a content marketing agency based just outside of Bristol. The ideal candidate will be an independent thinker with exceptional writing skills, capable of adapting to various tones and formats to deliver successful marketing communications across all platforms. On application, you will need to provide three relevant mixed work examples that you have been wholly responsible for creating such as blog posts, articles, case studies, whitepapers, brochures etc.

Day to day of the role:

  • Produce high-quality copy for blog posts, articles, whitepapers, and case studies, particularly for technical projects in IT and technology sectors.
  • Conduct strong desk research and distil complex briefs into clear, simple messages.
  • Work independently, managing multiple assignments with varying deadlines.
  • Collaborate with a close-knit team, contributing creative ideas and participating in wider marketing initiatives.
  • Attend monthly staff meetings and occasional ad hoc meetings in the Bristol area, requiring your own transport.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Outstanding English and grammar skills.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a B2B agency setting.
  • Strong understanding of business-to-business marketing communications.
  • Ability to produce high-quality copy within tight deadlines.
  • Excellent time-management and organisational skills.
  • Flexibility to switch between different clients and requirements while maintaining high-quality work.
  • Proximity to Bristol, with the ability to travel no more than 45 minutes for meetings.
