Job Description: My client are seeking a highly experienced Corporate Account Handler to join their Nottingham office. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in commercial insurance, ideally holding a Dip CII qualification. This role involves managing large corporate accounts and working closely with a team of account handlers and executives to deliver exceptional service to their key clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and service a portfolio of large corporate accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with 2-3 account executives to provide a varied and comprehensive service to clients.
  • Act as a mentor to junior staff and graduates, supporting their development within the company.
  • Conduct day-to-day account handling, including policy administration, renewals, and client queries.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Over 5 years of experience in commercial insurance is preferable.
  • Dip CII qualification is preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of all classes of commercial insurance.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to work with multiple account executives.
