Join a Global Healthcare Organisation seeking a Corporate and Strategic Partnership Lead to drive growth in their International Private Medical Insurance Division through strategic partnerships, efficiency improvements, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate partnerships with insurers, MGAs/MGUs, and reinsurers.
  • Structure and negotiate commercial arrangements and contracts.
  • Coordinate with internal experts to assess business impacts and design solutions.
  • Manage project issues and risks.
  • Oversee the implementation of new partnerships and ensure RTB processes are in place.
  • Drive continuous improvement in processes and controls within the Corporate Development team.
  • Support group-led strategic projects.
  • Champion business change globally, evaluating and adopting alternative solutions for maximum benefit.

Qualifications:

  • Strong business and commercial acumen with the ability to build and justify business cases.
  • Proven experience in analysing and negotiating contracts and commercial terms.
  • Understanding and management of business risk.
  • Successful track record in managing strategic partnership implementations.
  • Expertise in international medical insurance and/or reinsurance partnerships.
  • Experience in designing and implementing new strategies.
  • Excellent organisational, strategic thinking, and change management skills.

** Hybrid working (option to be in London or Tunbridge Wells office)
