About the Role
We are seeking individuals with around 4+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join a distinguished corporate team as an Associate. 

Ideal Candidate Experience
Candidates should have experience in one or more of the following areas:

- Working with SMEs, owner-managed businesses, and large corporates
- Mergers and acquisitions
- Shareholder arrangements, reorganizations, and company advice
- Listed company transactions and IPOs
- Private equity/venture capital transactions

What We Offer
The team handles a wide range of corporate finance transactions, from early-stage business setups to major fundraisings, IPOs, and significant mergers and acquisitions. They advise leading regional organisations on all corporate law requirements, focusing particularly on implementing acquisition strategies. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience and work on diverse and high-profile transactions.

We are looking for candidates who enjoy working on transactions and getting to know different businesses. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical understanding, a passion for delivering exceptional client service, and be a team player. 

Location and Flexibility
This role is based in Newcastle, the firm offer an agile working policy, allowing the team to work 2-3 days per week from anywhere.
