Corporate Energy Associate

One of the leading Energy teams in Scotland is seeking a Corporate Solicitor (1+ year’s PQE) to join its Aberdeen office, due to organic growth.

Its team specialises in providing industry-leading advice to top-tier clients both nationally and internationally, who range from super major O&G companies, to majors, NOCs and independents, as well as financial institutions and contractors.

In this role, your experience will range from M&As, to onshore and offshore energy projects, commercial contracts advice, supply chain projects and the provision of regulatory advice.

As the successful candidate, you will have at least 1 year’s PQE in Corporate/Commercial law, with any Energy/Oil & Gas experience being highly advantageous.
