An exciting opportunity to join a growing corporate finance team with a strong project pipeline insight. The potential for an exceptional career path available to you and the opportunity to make your mark.

To play a pivotal role in supporting the Corporate Finance Directors and Managers. Ideally, a newly or recently qualified ACA or ACCA accounting professional is sought for the position of Corporate Finance Executive.

A few years PQE, who are looking to continue their career within Corporate Finance, but equally important, we want the "right person" who is willing to learn and develop.

An insight into your responsibilities:

  • Involvement in Due Diligence assignments for new and existing clients.
  • Assist in various lead advisory assignments.
  • Create business plans and financial models across Corporate Finance projects, including M&A, fundraising, MBOs and disposals.
  • Researching and preparing for new deal opportunities.
  • Produce financial forecasts and business information.
  • Researching and marketing for potential buyers/sellers.
  • Participate in networking events.
  • Assist with client queries.

You must have a strong desire to work and successfully develop a career within Corporate Finance.
