Company Overview: Our client, a prominent player in the corporate finance sector, is seeking a dynamic Corporate Finance Executive to join their expanding M&A team in London. This opportunity arises from the recent acquisition of a reputable M&A firm, which has significantly bolstered their pipeline of projects. With a strong focus on mid-market transactions, our client is committed to delivering exceptional advisory services and achieving strategic growth.

Position Overview: The Corporate Finance Executive will play a crucial role within the M&A team, contributing to the successful execution of various transactions. The ideal candidate will possess 6-12 months of prior advisory experience, showcasing their ability to support and manage deal processes effectively. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a diverse range of mid-market transactions, enhancing professional growth and development in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the execution of M&A transactions, including buy-side and sell-side mandates.
Conduct financial analysis, valuation, and due diligence for prospective deals.
Prepare and review financial models, pitch books, and other transaction-related documentation.
Support senior team members in negotiations, deal structuring, and closing processes.
Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify potential opportunities and trends.
Collaborate with clients, investors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless transaction processes.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations, market conditions, and best practices.

Qualifications and Requirements:

6-12 months of advisory experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial statements and conduct valuations.
Proficiency in financial modeling and MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
A proactive and results-driven mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA) are a plus.
