The Company

A professional services firm, with an extensive network of offices throughout the UK, is looking to hire a Corporate Finance Manager/M&A Manager to join their (sector) team of 7. Working out of their London office, you will be joining an expanding sector team, supporting directors on deal delivery, working closely with partners and Analysts in this client-focused role.

The Role

Based out of their offices in London, this position requires an ambitious individual, who is keen to join this high-performing team of M&A specialists. You will continue your development and manage acquisitions, disposals, management buy outs and buy ins, along with fund raising for clients across the healthcare sector. Mentored by a team of experienced professionals, you will have the opportunity to work on a range of deals predominantly in the mid-market space, working closely with both OMB's and Private Equity companies.

The Candidate

Ideally you will be a Qualified Accountant, ACA , ACCA or CIMA, however QBE will be considered (if you have deal experience) with a passion for delivering high quality results. You will need to display a passion for corporate finance & M&A and ideally have 2+ years of experience in either Corporate finance, M&A, Corporate Development or Investment Banking.

You must however be able to display the following attributes

  • Lead advisory experience
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build client relationships
  • Proactive and positive with a strong team focus and collaborative approach
  • Establish a strong working relationship with colleagues with the highest level of professionalism and integrity
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Good eye for detail and problem solving skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
