We are now looking for a Corporate Insurance Associate to join their busy, growing and successful team.

£164-188K plus excellent benefits package.

Position summary:

You will be a UK qualified lawyer and be either newly qualified or with up to 2 years of PQE. You must have UK experience but not necessarily be English qualified, and you should have good training in insurance.

You will also need experience or an understanding of a broad spectrum including transactional insurance, M&A, reinsurance, regulatory, Lloyds, legacy and comp markets and on large and possibly cross border transactions in corporate / corporate insurance.

The team supports clients across the full spectrum of the insurance, corporate and regulatory sector, including on cross-border M&A, longevity reinsurance transactions, ILS structures, regulatory advice and restructurings. The team also handles bancassurance and international distribution transactions,

insurance portfolio transfers and legacy deals as well as private equity investments in insurance.
