A leading local firm is looking for a superstar 5 year + PQE Solicitor to join their well esteemed Corporate team  

This role is based in the North's legal hub Leeds so if you are based in or around Leeds or looking to relocate to Leeds then this may be the role for you.

The ideal candidate for this role is a Lawyer who is 5 years and upwards PQE with plenty of experience in handling various Corporate matters.

You will have (amongst other skills); 5 years + worth of Corporate Law expertise, strong IT skills, sound ability to effectively manage your time and caseload, excellent communication skills, willingness to learn and work as a team in order to maximise a satisfactory outcome. 

Salary: £40 - 50k DOE (Full time)

Your caseload will include all areas of business law, in particular leading on transactional corporate work, but also complex group re-organisations, shareholder agreements and general corporate advisory.
