Your new role

This corporate solicitor role will see you handle a broad mix of corporate work. This will include M&A as well as some capital markets and private equity deals. The client roster is first class and you can expect to enjoy plenty of client contact.

What you'll need to succeed

You should be a corporate lawyer with 6+ PQE. You will have a good technical skill set combined with the ability to forge long lasting relationships with clients.
