The London office of a US-headquartered firm is actively looking to add an exceptional Senior Associate to their highly regarded and very busy corporate practice, the firm's largest M&A team outside the US.

The firm advises the world's leading corporations, financial institutions and private equity firms. Their top ranked corporate group focuses on corporate transactions across a range of sectors including M&A, capital markets, secondaries, corporate finance, corporate governance, debt and equity offerings and financial restructurings.

This position attracts a market-leading salary and quality of work, and selection for this role will be rigorous. In order to be considered, you will most likely have training and 5-6 years' post-qualification experience from a Silver Circle, Magic Circle or US Firm and be experienced in dealing with high-value, complex and multi-jurisdictional corporate transactions. You will also have a very strong academic background and career pedigree.

While the firm counts many originally foreign-qualified Lawyers amongst their ranks (and Partnership!) in London, for this position the firm is looking only for England & Wales-qualified and London experienced Senior Associates.

To discuss this opportunity and others we are handling in London or internationally, please send your CV in complete confidence to or call David on +44 (0)7860774391 for a confidential discussion.

Please note that where a level of preferred experience or qualification is indicated, this is a guideline only and does not preclude applications from candidates with more or less experience.

Jameson Legal acts as an employment business for temporary recruitment and as an employment agency for fixed term contract and permanent recruitment.
