Highly regarded international law firm known for its collaborative culture, commitment to excellence, and strong global presence is seeking a Corporate Legal PA.  Joining this team as a Legal PA means becoming part of a top-performing and supportive team where you will provide a high level of client care and excellent work product.

  • Salary to £55,000
  • 09:30-17:30 working hours
  • Hybrid working (4 days office / 1 day remote)

This role will provide a variety of secretarial and administrative tasks to an assigned allocation of Attorneys and Paralegals. 

Corporate Legal PA Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer Attorneys’/Paralegals’ telephones and any other overflow telephones as requested
  • Schedule and maintain Attorneys’ calendars to include maintaining names, addresses, telephone and fax numbers, and other pertinent information
  • Coordinate arrangements for client and non-client meetings including conference room reservations, lunches etc.
  • Prepare and create new documents, presentations, spreadsheets ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Transcribe handwritten materials and/or dictation
  • Input, review, edit and close Attorney/Paralegal time sheets in a timely manner
  • Prepare matter openings, conflict checks and arranges for matter closings
  • Coordinate travel arrangements with the firm’s approved travel provider

Corporate Legal PA Skills & Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of secretarial experience within a law firm
  • Demonstrates strong document production skills and excellent knowledge of correct formatting techniques
  • Passes at GCSE/O-level, Secretarial ILEX, or equivalent technical knowledge
