A leading Midlands accounting practice is recruiting a Tax Senior Manager with a a corporate or mixed tax background to work directly with a Tax Partner who is specifically seeking to identify and develop their successor.

About The Role: You'll collaborate with the Tax Partner on advisory work, business development, client delivery and relationship management across our expanding practice.
Your Responsibilities:
- Execute regional tax strategy alongside the Tax Partner
- Provide expert advice on succession planning, business restructuring, HMRC enquiries, IHT/CGT planning, corporate taxation, employee incentives, and residency issues
- Handle complex client tax queries
- Support compliance reviews and planning meetings
- Monitor project financials and budgets
- Work cross-functionally with partners across the firm
Requirements:
- CTA qualification
- Tax advisory and compliance experience
- Note: Corporate tax specialists welcome with willingness to develop broader tax expertise
- Strong HMRC and stakeholder relationship management skills
- Excellent client relationship abilities
- Technical proficiency with commercial awareness
- Effective project management capabilities
